The Atlante Sales Tool (www.atlantesalestool.com) provides organizations with flexible licensing options that ensures you have what you want without paying for more than you need.
Admins can change licensing levels up or down at any time right in the application by clicking the "Actions" button next to each respective licensing level.
Three licensing levels fit three different functional needs within the organization:
Producer License: The Producer License provides full functionality for any user who will "own" sales opportunities within the system. This means, those with a Producer License can be designated as the originator within the system.
Facilitator License: The Facilitator License can perform all functions throughout the system including editing sales opportunities; however, those with a Facilitator License cannot "own" their own sales opportunities. This license is good for leaders who want to be able to see and edit the data, including adding notes.
Promoter License: The Promoter License is for leaders or other team members who need to see sales opportunities and other data, but do not need to enter or edit data throughout the system. A CFO or other non-client facing person can use this license to have view-only access throughout the system.
