To that end, your Atlante Sales Tool subscription is based primarily on the number of active sales professionals in the organization. These users need a “Producer” license to “own” sales opportunities. Other leaders and support personnel who do not “own” sales opportunities utilize Facilitator and Promoter licenses that come with significant cost savings. Producer License
$55 month per user
For leaders or sales reps who are directly involved in new business production and “own” opportunities.

This license includes ability to use all features within the system and "own" sales opportunities.
Facilitator License
$15 month per user

For leaders or support personnel that are essential to the new business process but do not “own” sales opportunities.

This license includes ability to use all features within the system except fo the ability to "own" sales opportunities.
Promoter License:
$5 month per user
​
For anyone who needs to see sales opportunities and data but does not directly engage in the sales process.
This license provides view-only access and reporting for leaders or other support staff. This license can be used for system administrators.

Upon entering your information you will see the following screen. Please note that the default licensing includes one of each type of license. While a minimum of 1 Producer license is required per account, Facilitator and Promoter licenses are not required.
Each license type can be adjusted now by clicking the Qty drop down. Licenses can be adjusted at any time within the application.
